Inventory day sucks

Well, okay, inventory itself wasn't so bad (at least there weren't any customers in the store), but having to be at the store at 6am, work through all of inventory, and then be back at the store from 3pm to close was all a little much for me.

I'm bushed. It's been an eventful week to say the least. Out of the four cars in the family, mine is the only one that hasn't actually broken in the last week (and to make up for it I accidentally locked my keys in the car Thursday night). Dad's truck blew a gasket that got knocked loose when he and his friend were fixing the truck in the first place to make it driveable, the next day dad found out on his lunch break that the starter and the fuel pump had gone out on his car and he had to fix it before he could even get home, and on the fourth of July mom's car (the "reliable one") died as well. It is believed that the cause of said "death" is the two-hundred-dollar-inside-of-the-gas-tank-fuel-pump. We don't know how soon dad'll be able to fix it, because on top of needing the money for the part, dad has to be able to get time off on the same day as his friend so they can fix it. And do more than the temp patch job that's holding dad's truck together. Blah. So yeah, if y'all could pray for our vehicular situation, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Anywho, that's the latest here. I'm exhausted, so I'm going to go. God bless, everyone!

Bah. Cars. Bah.

Actually, it's going fairly well. Mom's car is up and running again, which is a definite improvement over matters as they stood previously. The truck is still awaiting final "fixing", though, so dad's driving his car that's on death's door.
